The format
Continuing January 5th 2025, this informal group meets Sunday afternoons from 4 – 6 PM GMT via Zoom. During these events there’s a 45 minute live Recovery based meditation. Following the meditation we often have honest and open dialogue with laughter and acceptance with non judgmental perspective, sharing our experiences, asking questions, and sharing from various weeks.
Stress relief
An opportunity for anyone exploring self defeating behavior or addictive patterns for your self or a loved one. It’s not easy to ask for help, often we don’t even know how to form a question around it. Meeting friends who understand is a first step. Meditation provides a relaxing atmosphere conducive to stress relief and restoration.
